Hey, my name is Kazeem, I'd always been passionate about sports growing up, this passion only increased as I gained more experience and knowledge within the field; specialising in health, fitness and weight loss, undertaking a few courses to broaden my knowledge.
Having taken part in competitive athletics and playing football at a high level, I understand what it takes to perform at an elite level standard. Achieving my own personal goals alongside studying in-depth about the body's functionality led me to want to learn more about helping others reach their fitness goals, whether it be sports specific goals, getting that summer body, functional training or aiming to improve their aerobic fitness for a better and healthier lifestyle.
As a Personal Trainer I very much try and think outside the box and have fun with my exercise programmes, but at the same time stay very focused on the goal and the task at hand. 75% of your fitness goals are down to your nutrition, with this in mind I offer and give the relevant support needed outside the gym, providing extra help such as nutritional guidelines, meal plans and helping you to make those conscious healthy choices to lead that healthy lifestyle.
