As a former professional circus artist turned powerlifter my focus is on form and performance. I use my knowledge of calisthenics and bodyweight training to help people reach their strength goals in the gym.
I'm a huge advocate of free weights and compound movements but that doesn't mean I won't throw in some handstands and tumbling to keep you on your toes. After all, fitness doesn't have to be boring.
