Strength, speed and agility - they're three fundamental components of my training programmes. I believe they define how fit and skilful you are much better than the size of your biceps. I am a big enthusiast of functional movement as what is the point of squatting 200kg if you cannot jump high or run up the stairs without losing your breath?
If you're looking to get fit, be strong, learn through innovative and fun training methods and all this together with gaining the body you will love and that will serve you for ages, I am your girl!
After years of competing in kickboxing, I can also teach you how to land a proper punch and kick high! If, however, you're looking to learn weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting or become a bodybuilder, I will help you as well - I've done a few bodybuilding shows so can guide you through the process if that's your goal.
I'm an all rounded trainer full of love and passion for fitness and I'll make it my goal to get you where you want to be, however, I'll ask for a bit of sweat too. Are you up for the challenge?
