Hello there! I'm Jonathan, I recently joined the team at PureGym. I have been working as a Personal Trainer in London for the past seven years.

I love what I do and I'm truly passionate about helping you to achieve your goals. Through training and nutritional guidance, I can design a programme to suit you and your personal fitness goals.

I am a certified Yoga & Pilates instructor. I incorporate many of the key principles from Yoga & Pilates into my workouts including good posture, core strength, lean abs, lower back pain relief and increased flexibility.
