Jonathan Reynolds

I qualified as a level 4 strength and conditioning coach, I have over 13 years' weight training experience, three years in strength and conditioning and weightlifting and a year of rehab training.

I have worked in a commercial gym for over three years. During this time I have gained the knowledge to help you achieve your goal. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss, nutritional advice, and competition Prep strength and endurance events. 

I offer 1-1 PT and group training sessions. I am approachable so feel free to ask me any questions.
