I have substantial experience in helping people to achieve their potential in their business and personal lives - always with a send of fun and adventure - but very much focussed on results. I now want to use this experience to help individuals reach their potential in terms of physical fitness, motivation and mindset.
As well as enjoying training in the gym I am also a keen runner, swimmer and scuba diver.
