Until the age of 16 I really struggled to gain weight, eat well, and train properly.
Two years later I went from 56kg to 80kg weight from hours of research and watching videos about training and nutrition. I was always told that I never had their genetics, but I proved them wrong! Hard work pays off.
From training most days and being in the gym environment, it made me want to take my career in this industry, due to my desire to train and eat healthy. Now I really want to help others achieve their goals in any way from training, healthy eating, and even motivating people to carry on putting the hard work in.
Your goals will always be my main priority to help you succeed and stay motivated because I know how difficult it can be!
