Joe Frobisher

Hi everyone,

My background is; having studied strength and conditioning at university and have played rugby to a high standard, I have always learnt about and used strength training to better my physique and performance.

My main aspiration as a Personal Trainer/Strength Coach is to give you the tools to understand how your body moves and works, and that no one type of training fits all. And most of all get strong and reap the benefits of weight training on your body and mind. I specialise (but not exclusively) in males, aged between 20 and 50 that want to build strength and change their body using weight training.

I'm really approachable, so if your wanting some quick tips, hacks or advice on the gym floor, give me a shout and id be more than happy to help.

If anyone would like a bit of advice or just to say hello, feel free to grab me on the gym floor or after a class and I’ll be more than happy to have a chat.

Check out my social pages to find out a little bit more about me, and you can get a sense of what getting trained by me is like.

I also do a completely FREE newsletter about all things strength and weight training, so if this is your bag you need to sign up!
