Jenna Mottershead
Hi, I’m Jenna, one of the Personal Trainers here at PureGym Stockport.
I have a passion for the fitness industry and I have always enjoyed exercise. Over the years I have tried various sports at different levels. My main interest is hockey and I have played since the age of 11 and with it being a team sport, I understand how important motivation is from others and how working together can help you progress and improve. In addition to that, I enjoy running and cycling and I have completed the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride, Tough Mudder and Manchester Half Marathon. All of these require strength from different areas of the body and different training regimes and have been both challenging and rewarding.
Motivation is key when it comes to training and therefore sessions must be enjoyable. It’s important that you want to come to your training sessions because you enjoy them but are seeing results at the same time.
I’m friendly and approachable so please come and say hi when you are next training and let’s see if we can make some positive changes.
