“Don’t look back, you’re not going that way” a mantra that has kept me striving to push myself harder and be the better than I was the day before. There is always more to learn and we can always be better. This is the philosophy that I bring to my training.
My main aim as a coach is to get people moving more and feeling better than they were yesterday. I am a massive believer in the community exercise can create so along with 1-1 Personal Training sessions can offer semi-private and small group training.
I can’t remember a time that fitness wasn’t part of my life. I played team sports during my time at secondary school but it wasn’t until 6th form that I discovered my real passion for martial arts. This took me on a cross-continent journey that has eventually brought me here.
