Having grown up always participating in sport, I have a wide array of skills and knowledge in different areas such as improving cardiovascular health, improving speed, stamina, agility and endurance. If these are things that would interest you, I can help by structuring workouts that will target these systems and lead to improvements.
For years I over-exercised and did hours of cardio every day. It was not until I learned the benefits of combining cardio with a resistance training programme and introduced weight training that my body began to heal and I was able to begin to develop muscle and strength. I would love to help you apply these same principles to your training and help you develop strength and muscle through weight training.
I would love to help you achieve the same. I would like to guide you like I was guided via a Personal Trainer to eat nutritious food that is going to help fuel your workouts and aid your recovery.
