Fitness has been my biggest passion for the last 20 years, so much so that I want to use my combined knowledge, skills and strong mindset and determination to help others achieve their goals.
I like to focus on the bigger picture, which is implementing small changes that turn into a lifestyle rather than the short term benefits of fitness. I can provide dietary advice but I also keep track of the latest research on nutrition. I have done different experiments on myself and have tried almost all diets.
Being a Personal Trainer allows me to share my knowledge and experience and help you achieve your goal.
