Jay Jones
Being a dedicated personal trainer, who believes in applying focus, direction with enjoyment to achieve the best results. I have a background in Martial arts, Karate, Aikido and was an unarmed arrest and combat instructor in the Military Police.
Personal fitness has always been important to me, something I’ve been fortunate to combine in my working life, being a Police officer in active roles such as Firearms and PSU (riot team); and was one of a few British Police Officers to serve in Ireland during recent riots.
During my career in the Military and Police I have seen people becoming injured; sometimes resulting in them having to leave the job they love, this inspired me to become qualified in Personal training and exercise referral.
I believe in combining Full body and HIIT workouts to make the best use of time training, maximise calories burned, and achieving results.
Everyone has their own fitness journey, which is constantly changing and evolving to achieve their goals. I believe that Nutrition, in line with healthy eating guide lines is important in helping you to get to you to get to your goal in the shortest possible time, and will give exercise and nutrition advice tailored to you for the best results.
