Hi, my name is Jason and I believe in living life to the fullest. Having a healthy body and mind allows you to do this.
I started out playing sport at an early age and had basketball trials for England age 14. Since then I’ve continued to push my limits, running Manchester marathon last year and training many people to take on and complete physical events like Tough Mudder.
