Hello everyone!
Allow me to tell you a little bit about myself...
My fitness journey began at the age of eight when I started to learn martial arts which ranged from karate, kickboxing and then progressing to MMA. I took MMA to the next level and started competing, however, I left that behind to begin a new journey!
I'm now a men's physique competitor after two years of training and competed for the first time at BodyPower in May 2018!
Being a Personal Trainer has been a dream of mine and I'm so very proud! I have such pride and passion about my own fitness goals as well as yours! If you are looking to improve muscle gains, reduce body fat and increase strength then I'm your guy! I can also incorporate some of my martial arts background if this interests you? By hitting those pads to help lower stress levels and knock off some calories!
I'm here to motivate, educate and push you to reach every goal you've set out and more!
