Hi, I’m James!
Here’s a little bit about me, from a young age I have always had a huge passion for exercise, health and general wellbeing. Unfortunately, from the age of 16 I started struggling with chronic anxiety which took over my life. After two years I decided enough was enough and despite my fears I joined a gym. Fast forward 11 years and looking back it was the best decision I ever made. I’m a huge believer in the benefits of exercise and fitness, it has helped me so much and this has been the driving force behind me wanting to help and support others on their journeys.
I know just how lost and intimidating joining a gym can make you feel when you first start your fitness journey. Don’t worry! I can assure you we have all been there. Drawing on my own personal experiences over the last 11 years I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge in both fitness and nutrition. Armed with this knowledge my aim is to help you make lifestyle changes to promote a healthier way of living, help you achieve your goals and targets and most importantly getting you to enjoy exercise and have fun with it, without it feeling like a chore.
My service is for anyone and everyone. Whether you are looking to lose weight and tone up or trying to increase athletic performance and mobility or if you just want to learn a healthier way of living and keep fit, mobile and healthy. Whatever your goal I will tailor it to make it enjoyable and relevant to your aims and needs. Supporting you every step of the way on your journey with weekly check-ins, together we will make it happen.
