A short bit about me - I started weight training seven years ago and enjoyed the process and the gym environment so much that I decided I wanted to make it my career to help others see the benefits fitness can give and help you achieve your own goals as I had achieved mine.
The gym can be a confusing place and with so many different routines and fad diets out there all claiming to be the 'right way' it's very easy to get overwhelmed and discouraged. I want to point you in the right direction and give you the confidence to enjoy and get the most out of being in the gym. I believe in sticking to the basics to make your sessions with me as enjoyable and effective as possible and I will be with you every step of the way.
