Jag Chadha
I was always the sporty kid in school, taking up football, weightlifting, boxing and various martial arts at a young age. At university, I began teaching kickboxing, through which I discovered my passion for teaching sports and fitness.
Studying a degree in Sports Science provided me with the knowledge to write programmes for all types of people, whether you’re exercising for the first time or are an elite athlete. My methods are personally tried, tested and proven through the different physical transformations I have made in my own body, and shows in the improvements in my own sports performance.
The first few of our sessions will be used to set the foundations for us to build an impressive structure above. I will assess your technique in key movements and help you to optimise your posture and movement patterns so that progress will then be inevitable.
As long as you put in the hard work and make the most of my knowledge, I will be there to motivate you and guide you on your path, wherever you may be headed.
