I would describe myself as a personable, dedicated and caring individual, constantly striving to better myself and others around me. I take pride in my work and love to build close relationships with my clients.
As I don't come from a very sporty or athletic background, I understand first-hand the daily struggles many of us face with regards to finding the time to exercise and maintaining a healthy balanced diet.
Social media, photo-shop and filters have morphed the way we think about our bodies and how we are expected to look. It's not real life!
Although I want to help my clients achieve the body of their dreams I am a strong advocate of self-love and achieving happiness in yourself and your own body by setting realistic goals.
As RuPaul said: "If you can't love yourself, how are you going to love somebody else?"
