Working out isn’t a chore or punishment. It is a lifestyle choice and place of change. We focus and push, set goals and get results. We go in with a perceived outcome and we leave to do it all again. Whether it’s for the pump or the pleasure, the loss or the gains. We all have the same journey, just different paths to lead us there.
