Hi I'm Ian. I like to mix body weight with weights to build practical strength and then keep building. Body weight exercises to strengthen and tone and are especially helpful for beginners and post natal mothers.
Exercise is also great to get focussed. Learning to set goals, achieve them, exceed them. You just need the will to push your self.
