Having previously led an unhealthy lifestyle, I took myself on my own personal fitness journey. For five years I have researched nutrition, learned about different training methods and gained the knowledge to understand what I need to do in order to achieve my body composition goals.
I am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer and wanting to share my knowledge, expertise and passion with you.
I specialise in female fat loss, and will provide you with a bespoke training plan, nutritional advice, information on how to change your lifestyle in and outside the gym to a healthier one overall, with lots of support and motivation from me to assist you on your goals. All the above with a smile on your face, because at the end of the day the main goal in life is happiness. Make fitness fun!
