Hells Bells! Are you struggling?
Did it take a lot of physical and mental effort to sign up for your gym membership?
Are you wondering if it will all be worth it?
Are you feeling self-conscious, wondering what you are supposed to do now you’re here?
Allow me to help.
Almost six years ago, having found some regular time for myself, I became a member at a local gym. I struggled for a while, not really knowing what I should be doing to make the most out of my time spent in the gym. So, just like you, I began looking for a Personal Trainer. I wanted someone I could relate to, someone who could understand my lifestyle, listen to my moans and groans without judgement, and to support me on my journey to achieving different strength and fitness goals.
Having found one I have gone from strength to strength achieving many goals, some of which I previously would not have dreamt were possible. It’s not always been plain sailing, as in life generally, there have been setbacks from which I have come back, stronger.
On my journey I have realised a passion to support and motivate others on their journey.
Having been a Radiographer for over 33 years, I am an experienced care-providing professional, dealing with members of the public who find themselves in a vulnerable and sometimes emotionally very difficult situation. I have a sympathetic approach to people in these situations whilst maintaining a professional manner.
More recently, having gained my certification as a Personal Trainer, I continue to enjoy my own training and developing my skills and look forward to helping you achieve your goals, supporting you on your journey to better fitness, strength, health and wellbeing.
