I’m Helen and I’m here because I want to help you be the best version of you.
As a professionally trained dancer I have always had a passion for health, fitness and understanding of how the body works. Throughout my years of intensive dance training I have learnt the importance of balance, consistency and a positive mindset to achieve your aspirations.
I will support and guide you to help you achieve your goals whether that be weight loss, strength gains, muscle definition, flexibility or to improve your general fitness levels.
I specialise, but definitely not exclusively, in training females. My own experiences and knowledge of being a woman and knowing the pressures that we face in everyday life will aid to educate women to be strong, powerful and confident in their own skin.
I intend to pass my knowledge and understandings onto my clients and work together as a team to not only reach, but surpass those goals. With my unique and enjoyable training programmes specifically tailored to you as well as nutritional guidance and advice, I will help you transform and together we will find that inner confidence that we all crave.
