I’m Heidi, motivated and ready to help you achieve your goals, that could be weight loss, to gain muscle strength/tone or just to improve fitness and lead a healthier lifestyle.
I have struggled with weight in the past, a previous sport injury putting me out of action for a few years. Now is the time to revisit that journey and lead a healthier lifestyle, so I definitely can help you shift those few extra pounds or a complete transformation.
You will never feel on your own I will be there to motivate and support you all through your journey, and give you some guidance with nutrition if required.
