I specialise in weight loss/management, muscle gain and toning and believe whilst still achieving your goal you can still enjoy a night out, do activities with the kids, enjoy your favourite foods whilst feeling mentally and physically better!

As a semi-professional footballer I have a passion for health and fitness and within the last year through exercise and nutrition I have gained 11kg in weight - with 9.5kg of this being lean muscle and maintaining under 10% body fat.
