Hannah Rundle
I believe exercise is important, not only for your physical wellbeing but also your mental wellness. With the everyday pressures of life that weigh down on you, exercise can be an escape or a form of therapy. There is nothing more satisfying than watching yourself grow both physically and mentally.
I have always loved exercise in any form and began competitive athletics from the age of nine. Throughout the years I tried many other sports, including swimming and tennis, and now enjoy powerlifting and bodybuilding training.
I love watching people fall in love with exercise and watching them flourish, becoming happy and confident. "There is no better way to fight a weakness than with strength".
