My fitness journey started 8 years ago when the doctor told me I have PCOS and need to lose weight.
Since then I've dug head first into the fitness industry, with 4 years of experience at David Lloyd and my own personal reading I have acquired the knowledge to help you become a better version of yourself.
I understand that it can be difficult trying to figure out what to do in a gym, or feel like you're stuck in one place and can't progress.
Generally we tend to limit our potential by allowing mental barriers to get in the way. I aim to help you release yourself from these barriers and broaden your horizon to a future of health and well-being.
