Gulen Raif

From refusing to run for a bus, to becoming a Personal Trainer my fitness journey has been quite an experience. Starting with ‘10 minute ab’ workouts at home to finding my passion for strength training. Over the years I have learnt to prioritise my health and now believe in a holistic approach to fitness.

What this means is all my clients will not only benefit from the appropriate exercises for their desired fitness goals or physique but they will also learn about the diet and lifestyle that goes along with it.

I observe life as whole, just as I observe fitness. ‘Prevention is better than cure’.

As a Personal Trainer, my job is to push you towards your goals, I know it can be hard at the start but seeing the positive effects exercise can have on your physical and mental health, it will all get easier along the way.

Anyone can achieve their fitness goals, and I’d like to help you elevate yourself in all aspects of your life through fitness.
