Greg Baillie
I began my fitness journey early on and through the years have been lucky to train in many different disciplines and styles. Beginning training with martial arts gave me the feeling of reward from my hard work and efforts from a young age. From there I progressed to distance running, bodyweight / outdoor training and, after realising my love for weight training, I gave myself the goal of competing as a natural bodybuilder.
I specialise in weightlifting, athletic performance, muscle gain and fat loss. I believe that health and fitness should be simple and enjoyable, making adherence and participation much easier for all. I pride myself on my ability to help any client succeed, whether their goal is to lose fat, build muscle or just to improve general fitness. I welcome anyone as a client but believe the desire to change current habits and a desire to succeed is essential in a client reaching their goal.
