Most of my teen years were spent over 20 stone and I knew something had to change. Since 2016, I have been dedicating myself to the gym and to a healthier lifestyle.
Having lost 9 stone, I know how difficult it can be to stay motivated and how intimidating the gym is sometimes. I’ve done it, and now I want to help you do it too. I now want to help you be the best version of yourself and achieve your goals!
I qualified early 2019 as a Personal Trainer and look forward to creating both physical and mental transformations with you.
We’ll work together and make sure you feel good doing it! I focus on fun, exciting and challenging workouts to keep your mind and body motivated and looking forward to the gym- rather than dreading it.
