Hi, I’m Georgia.
I’m passionate about fitness but more importantly lifestyle! This is why I take a more holistic approach to Personal Training, which helps improve both your physical and mental wellbeing. Ignore what you think’s expected, it’s important you work out for yourself, for your own reasons, so that you don’t have to miss out on any of the opportunities or adventures thrown your way.
Tried and failed before? That’s ok, you’re only human, it’s my job to help you improve, and change your mentality on looking after yourself. Focus on the mind and the body will follow, changing your mindset will set you up for the future.
It’s not about becoming an athlete it’s about being happy and with that I can safely say fitness has changed my life. I now know that I want to, and can help people get the most out of their journey. If you walk me through what you want out of the gym, I will show you how to run towards achieving your goals!
Not only will I help you in the gym environment, I will take you through how to adapt your lifestyle little by little to become a healthier you! You’re not only paying for face to face time at the gym, you’re gaining my knowledge, motivation and guidance. I understand everyone has their struggles, but we can work around it together, you just need to decide that you are ready for that change.
