Hey, I’m Gavin.
I love fitness. Ask anyone who knows me! If I’m not training someone, I’m training myself, and if I’m not doing either of those things, I’m probably in the gym helping people. If I could sleep at the gym, I probably would!
I have been training in the gym for over decade now, and for me there’s nothing better than putting my phone on silent and focusing on myself for an hour a day. Sometimes you have to be selfish to be selfless. It makes me a better, more vibrant and outgoing person, who’s always full of energy; and I want to train you to feel the same.
I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals, and I want to help you reach yours. I work with (not exclusively) men and women aged 25-45, who are looking to either start their fitness journey, or are looking to get back into the best shape of their lives.
There is so much information out there about fitness, it can be very confusing. I take a simple and fun approach to training and work closely with you to understand your challenges, goals, and aspirations.
