Hey, I'm Gareth and fitness and health has always been a part of my life throughout school into my adult life. I've always been focused on sports, fitness, health and exercise through physically working out and lifestyle choices. Everyone's ambitions are different, however with my wide range of knowledge through different training systems and variation of exercises I can help each and every one of you achieve the goals you desire!
My main interest is helping people improve their natural strength through 'functional training' as this benefits you on a daily basis by using your entire body. You all use it, you just don’t know it! All my programmes are personalised and tailored to each and every individual person along with monitored and regular fitness tests, nutritional advice and enjoyable exercises that will allow you to reach your goals quicker than you could imagine! I'm a firm believer that exercise should be fun and exciting to keep you motivated - otherwise you won’t succeed.
