Francesco Zen

After being in the fitness industry for eight years, I just love and live what I do every day.  

My extensive experience, advanced level of knowledge, passion to encourage and motive others in achieving their own personal fitness goals and an extensive proven track record of being able to apply it to clients with busy lives and demanding schedules allows me to offer both unique and personalised workouts inside/outside the gym. I provide nutritional programmes around their lifestyle, body type and workout preference helping my clients to achieve substantial body transformations and results at the accelerated pace, whether it’s fat loss e.g. Achieving a loss of 10 kg in 12 weeks, muscle gain of 4 kg in 8 weeks, toned bodies in 6 weeks. Using a 360-degree approach, I look at the whole picture, assessing your goals, evaluating your nutrition, timescale, body type and hormonal profile and discussing your lifestyle and work environment to ensure that nothing inhibits your journey. Everything sustainable at the best for your life and your happiness!

My support doesn’t stop at the end of your Personal Training sessions, I’ll be on hand via phone and email with advice whenever you need that extra bit of help, motivation and hold your hand when times get difficult. My job is to help you work through these finding solutions to keep you moving towards your goals by identifying limit factors, either areas of fat accumulation caused by hormonal imbalances, pain caused by muscle and structural or posture imbalances.  

My training method is one of the quickest and most effective ways to improve and create most of functionally, physically, mentally, healthy version of you.
