Hi, I’m Fiona, welcome to PureGym.
I believe my job as a trainer is more than programmes, workouts and reps. My aim is to educate, with a holistic approach to overall wellbeing. I advocate strength through wellness, exercise and mindset as one.
A huge part of feeling great and energised is how you fuel your body. Having studied Sports and Performance Nutrition I can break down the essentials of healthy eating and show you how to use food to your advantage while training. With a passion for cooking and great food, I’m here to help you make your diet interesting yet nutritious.
My sessions are progressive and challenging! Tailored to meet your goals while developing disciplines that lead to lifelong habits benefiting your long term health, confidence and self-esteem.
