This is a very quick hello from me before we get onto the important stuff. I am a very easy going and fun person. Before venturing into the world of Personal Training I had a military background and spent four years in the Royal Navy.
During this time, I learned various unique skills, self-discipline, respect, loyalty, determination, and integrity. These are just some of the skills which I believe I can transfer into Personal Training and install into my relationships with you. I believe that life is for living to the absolute max and I want to help you get there.
So, what can you expect from working with me?
Whatever your goal is, if you are dedicated and determined you can expect constant motivation and support from myself both in training and outside of training. I will not give up on you no matter what challenges we have to overcome. You can also expect fun and challenging workouts and if you wish I can introduce some military aspects of training for you to experience and have fun with.
