My interest in fitness was sparked at a very young age through my love of sports. As well as newly becoming a qualified Personal Trainer I am also a qualified Ski and Horse Riding Instructor.
My aim is to help you reach your goals in the most enjoyable way possible. Thinking of varied and fun ways to train, while still working hard to reach your goals. My approach to training will suit anyone, particularly those who think the gym is a chore. I prefer having a laugh and achieving new things.
I very much believe everything in moderation is a good way to live. So i will help you find a way to keep in shape that is realistic and fits your life style. Life is meant to be enjoyed after all!
