My passion in the health and fitness industry came about 15 years ago when I managed to lose two stones of unwanted weight. I didn’t come from a sports background, I was unhealthy and was easily exhausted if I walked for longer distances. I self-taught myself how to build my stamina and be able to run long distances and train correctly.
Through the years I have completed a few half marathons, by the specific training I do. I want to make a difference to people’s lives and teach them that health and fitness is for everyone, there is something out there for anyone, from running and getting you prepped for a 10k or a marathon, to knee rehab and posture correction.
With my 10 years' experience in the industry and working together on my client's goals I find that this will keep them highly motivated, helping them achieve their goals in a fun, effective and fulfilling way.
