Eloise Robini

Hello, my name is Eloise Robini and I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer. I've been involved in a mixture of sports in my life such as; netball, rock climbing, tag rugby, and athletics. I've been training 5-6 days a week as a 400 metre sprinter so I know how much, determination, dedication, motivation and time management it takes to achieve specific goals. I would like to use my experiences of these various sports and different training techniques to keep your sessions fresh, interesting, fun and most importantly effective.

I would like to guide you through each session by persistently motivating and correcting technique to ensure you're working effectively and safely. I'll also devise a weekly plan to help you manage your time so that we will achieve your goal in the time frame you wish. I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals, however big or small. I will happily give you advice on nutrition to ensure you're giving your body the goodness it needs to achieve your specific goal and energise you for your sessions with me.
