Ellis Goldie
Hi, my name is Ellis. I've been into fitness since the age of thirteen. Having previously struggled with my own weight, I started going to the gym and made an effort to be consistent with my nutrition. This helped me to lose weight, which then boosted my confidence dramatically. In addition to this I competed at a National Schools level in Athletics from ages 13-16.
I believe that training should be fun, simple and enjoyable with a focus on consistent strength progression and corrective exercise. This approach will help you to build a strong, powerful, lean and well proportioned physique without getting you too bulky. This programming strategy has helped clients at my previous gym reach their goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
I am experienced with strength training, building an aesthetic/proportioned physique, posture correction and programming for strength performance and weight loss.
