We all have different obstacles preventing us from reaching our dream goal. Some of us need that little added support and guidance to help us along the way, and that's where I come in. Together we will devise a tailored programme working towards your personal goal, be it long or short. It is my job as your Personal Trainer to be the support and motivation you need to see you through to that goal.

Since taking up powerlifting I have experienced many different obstacles my self, but nothing I ever thought I can't overcome. You can do that too!
