Dean Nicholson
I started early with sports and exercise, mainly with swimming for national competitions in the Middle East, leading to being part of a youth football team and when I moved to the UK, rugby became a big part of my life. I went on at the age of 14 to compete nationally across the country in athletics, retiring just before I had the chance to take the Olympic pathway. I moved on to become a swimming coach in Australia, Switzerland and back to the Middle East, namely Dubai. I chose to move on to PT in recent years as a natural advancement in my career.
Fitness and 'getting fit' aren't just limited to the gym environment. We can train outdoors, in the gym, at a pool or even in your own home and I will teach you how to run your own effective session to achieve your goals even faster.
Regardless of fitness level, expertise or even Broscience, your sessions with me will be about focus, posture and technique. The most important part of any routine is that it is as effective for your goals as it is safe for your body, so we will start from the basics in everything we do, utilising short-term goals as a means to achieve our long-term aspirations, from Day 1 of your programme.
