As a senior member of the team and with over 15 years' experience as a Personal Trainer I believe in a personalised approach to achieving optimal holistic wellbeing through expert and science led Personal Training. With a background in Body-Building, Strength and Conditioning and Pilates, the training service I deliver is not only geared at improving your health and fitness but also making you better prepared physically and mentally to tackle the realities of modern life. I want to ensure that your body moves and works the way nature intended it to, in balance, via intelligent, bespoke programme design and exercise application. To this end, I listen to and work closely with each of my clients pushing and developing their physical prowess in a sustainable, functional and enjoyable manner.

I'm also a strong believer in the power of good nutrition and lifestyle and help my clients to gradually adopt healthier patterns whilst providing assistance and guidance along their fitness journey. Out of sight doesn't mean out of mind and I actively encourage clients to stay focused on their goals outside the gym.

Loving what I do and internalising and living the concept of lifelong learning my mission is to bring about positive changes in the physical health and wellbeing of each of my clients. I can guarantee once seemingly insurmountable goals can be realised and that a better quality of life can be achieved with a little guidance and the right motivation!
