I started my fitness journey whilst studying sport at a young age. I have been and will continue to be infatuated by human anatomy and the physical working of such.

I have in recent years delved into learning more about human biology with a focus on functional fitness and biomechanics. I look to include this in my planning and training for others to make the session as productive as possible.
