Hi, I’m Dawn.
I started training a few years back and because I love what I do I decided to make a career out of my passion. I focus my own training around weight training and functional movement and body weight exercises with a small amount of HIIT.
I like to practice what I preach as I feel I can relate to other peoples journeys and goals. I will obviously adjust and tailor towards each individual's goals.
My style of training is best suited for those that wish to burn fat and achieve a toned physique. As your trainer, I will work hard with you to help achieve your goals and support you every step of your journey.
