I have always been interested and passionate about health and fitness as an athlete and as a coach. I have helped clients gain better health and achieve their goals ranging from weight loss to muscle gain and strength.
I want to work with my clients to become educated about their training and nutrition so we can achieve a goal and be able to keep working towards new goals. Creating personalised training plans to suit your time and to work towards your goals we will make sure your training is an enjoyable part of your week not a chore.
I have been involved in sports varying from athletics, swimming, cricket and rugby through to my current sport of ironman distance triathlons. This has allowed me to understand the demands of a wide range of sports and apply that to my coaching to enhance training and sporting performances.
Training in the gym on your own can be a daunting prospect and I work with all my clients to make sure you are happy and get the most out of each session. Combining my knowledge in the gym and my personal training experience I want to help all my clients enjoy the journey to a fitter, healthier life just as much as achieving benchmark goals we have set.
