What separates my services from other Personal Trainers is that I understand (having lost a lot of weight myself) how difficult it can be both mentally and physically to achieve your goals. I understand the challenges you face outside of our sessions and can help provide strategies to survive your weight loss journey so that the results last a lifetime rather than a short while. I will teach you the lifestyle changes that you need rather than a quick fix diet and will be there to support you through every step of the journey.
With my Lifestyle Change programme, my clients receive strategies and programmes tailored specifically to their individual needs and the way they live their life (not a one size fits all). My holistic approach to training ensures my clients are not only receiving the physical training but also guidance on nutrition and mindset as well as to ensure long-lasting success.
