Not sure if your form is right during exercises? Feel pain in your back after long days at work? My CES training will allow us to safely relieve any tension and discomfort in the body as we pay close attention to and correct any postural deviations due to muscle imbalances for optimal performance.

About MIXED MARTIAL CONDITIONING
You don’t have to be a fighter for MMA CONDITIONING! MMA Conditioning teaches skills from areas like boxing, kickboxing and judo. It is a great way to lose fat, build muscle, get toned and learn a fun new skill no matter your fitness level. This is something for everyone.
