I found my love for fitness after I had my daughter, as every woman knows having children changes your body but not in a good way.
I wanted to feel like me again and not that person I saw when I looked in the mirror. So I joined a gym, got myself a Personal Trainer and went to every class I could.
Before I knew it I was back to me but better, so I thought I want to help people feel the same way I did, help people feel better about themselves, be more confident and healthier.
Getting myself qualified allows me to help clients achieve goals of a healthier, fitter lifestyle and I'll be 100% dedicated every step of the way. Whatever your need is I'm here to support and motivate you to achieve the new you.
